CLLA Certified

Tucker Albin takes considerable pride in being one of just a handful of international agencies that have earned the highly acclaimed Certified Agency designation from the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), which is in alliance with the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC).This certification demonstrates that a commercial collection agency or individual collector has the ability to recover debt while safeguarding clients effectively, professionally, and ethically. The IACC is an international trade association comprising more than 140 commercial collection agencies and 160 commercial attorneys. They are the largest organization of commercial collection specialists in the world, with members throughout the U.S. and 25 countries. To become certified, Tucker Albin underwent an extensive third-party CPA evaluation process, which included confirmation of financial stability, having a dedicated commercial collection staff, adherence to all state licensing requirements (including the states in which our offices are located), proof of bonding, having an accounting system in place that accurately accounts for all monies collected with detailed remittance records, maintaining a trust account, and other requirements.Companies that entrust the collection of their files to third-party providers of accounts receivable management services have every right to expect transparency and accountability. Tucker Albin is proud to be CLAA certified and an agency that can be trusted and relied upon.

SOC 2 Certified

The SOC 2 Type 2 certification is a comprehensive assessment of Tucker Albin's internal controls related to information security and privacy. Unlike the SOC 2 Type 1, which focuses on system design, the Type 2 certification assesses operational effectiveness over a specified period (usually six to twelve months). By achieving this certification, Tucker Albin demonstrates its commitment to safeguarding client data, enhancing trust, and adhering to industry best practices in security and confidentiality. Clients can rely on the rigorous controls and practices in place to protect their sensitive information.

SOC 2 certified

Tucker Albin is in a select group of U.S. agencies that invests the time and expense to undergo an in-depth audit approved by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).The SOC 1 Type 2 Audit is strongly focused on risk assessment, especially with regard to data breaches. The SOC 1 Audit standard requires that Management acknowledges and accepts its responsibility for identifying risks, then designing, implementing, and documenting controls to mitigate those risks. The SOC 1 Auditor attests to whether the appropriate controls are in place. The Audit also focuses on monitoring subservice organizations. Service organizations are required to not only identify the critical organizations they rely on to provide their services, but also monitor that they, too, are complying with all relevant standards. What this means to Tucker Albin’s clients is the knowledge that they are dealing with a highly responsible service organization whose business practices include control objectives and activities specifically designed to safeguard information technology, financial reporting, and related processes for their protection. In today’s global economy, when businesses entrust confidential and proprietary data to their service providers, the safeguards, accountability, and transparency provided by Tucker Albin is more critical than ever.Tucker Albin, in fulfilling the requirements to achieve SOC 1 Type 2 Audit, continues to prove why we have been a leader in the accounts receivable management industry. Our clients rely on our best-in-class Receivables-to-Cash solutions to maximize their recoveries.
